Fine views from upper floors, modern spa services, comprehensive gym facilities
Reception staff really need to work on their cute attitude!!! The air conditioning issues and chaotic check-out experience are in desperate need of attention!!! It's frustrating to deal with unexpected noise disturbances too!!!

The place was fairly clean with an extremely accommodating staff who gave a fantastic service. The location was great and lovely, to the Centre of Limerick, in the shopping area. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Locke Bar.

Here's the real story
What a lovely hotel! Arriving after a long day of travel, I was warmly greeted at reception. The classy decor stood out immediately. My Executive King Room was spacious, with comfortable furnishings and luxurious Rituals bath products. Dining at the restaurant was a delight with friendly service. I can't wait to return!

For 80 Euro per night it was a little bit higher price range but therefore it was also a 4 star hotel. The beds were super soft and you slept wonderfully in them. The way to the city was only 5 to 7 minutes.
The elevator was spinning and the breakfast was not as luxurious as one would expect from a 4 star hotel.

I really enjoyed relaxing by the heated swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Just remember to check your parking fee upon checkout, as it can be a bit surprising, but it didn't ruin my overall experience 😊

We had such an amazing 2 nights at this hotel for our anniversary! The complimentary room decoration was beautifully done, and my partner loved the cozy Superior Twin Room. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the made-to-order omelettes were a highlight. I'd definitely choose this place again!

Fairly clean place with patient and active stuff members and roof top views. Incredible and brilliant location a 10-15 minute walk from Taits Clock. Good stay on both nights of our stay.
